Italian company is specialized in design, construction and testing of moulds for thermoplastic.
Settled in Maniago, around 25km far from Pordenone.
The main sectors of production are automotive and appliance.
Founded in 1992, the company includes an efficient and advanced laboratory with pressing machines for moulds testing.
Now a day the firm is an autonomous structure which works in partnership with famous industry groups of the above mentioned fields (De Val, Bosch, Siemens, Electrolux, Plastal).
Besides the mould testing and pressing in pre-series, the company has its technical department and tooling division for moulding construction in small and middle dimensions.
Pressing machines (190 “ 500 “ 800 tons) are equipped with the most advanced technologies: pressing with gas, nozzles for bi-material injection, rotating table, robots for the automatic collecting of the printout particulars.
The technical department uses the most advanced software CAD; design in 2D-3D and CAM for the realization of the tool run.
In this way the company is able to offer a complete service from the co-design up to the delivery of the mould "ready to produce".
